  not good, ONLY checks emails, you cannot double click and read them, I use Mozilla thunderbird WOW beautiful to use, supports IMAP, POP3 and everything

  The hint of the system tray icon would often differ from what the icon itself told me, which often differed again from what the status window told me. There is also no uninstaller.

  My only criticism about the stability is that Van Dyke Tech (the creator) does not have it available. This means that any change in the IMAP standard might result in this product never working. That being said, I LOVE THIS PROGRAM. It's easy to use, and I was able to add a talking Microsoft Agent to help in notification

  I installed and have been using IMAP Notify for over a month in Windows XP Pro. It has worked well for me, and has produced no issues I can detect. It was develop[ed by Van Dyke Technologies, but I can not locate any information on their WEB site. This makes me think the software is no longer supported so it should be approached with caution even though I see no issues at this time

  its' a gr8 little program, checks email automaticaly n stuff, there is just one thing that alot of people would like to see and its also the reason why i'm not using it, and that the fact that is dosn't support imap over ssl, but if your not worried about someone sniffin your emails or passwd out of the internet, then its fine ;)

  This little program is definately worth downloading if you're looking for an IMAP-mail checker that doesn't do anything overly fancy. this does the trick and nothing more, nothing less!
