Pros
If you use the internet, especially non-Microsoft programs, this is the backup software you need. Yes, many of the alternatives to Microsoft email and browser do have backup procedures, but if you use more than a couple of these alternatives, having a centralized program that does all of them becomes a practical necessity. For example, I use the Firefox 64 bit derivative, Pale Moon, and Internet Explorer as my two browser apps, and Thunderbird and Outlook for email. And I need just one programs to backup all of them, AND to the folder I choose.

Summary
The company has been very responsive, and I find the security of backups to my hundreds of emails very reassuring.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Aug 2, 2014<p/>The program, now in version .50, has undergone significant upgrades, including progress icons, adding of new software programs, such as FossaMail (a Thunderbird derivative), and a routine that allows for the optimization of many of the browsers and email clients. Besides its features, its saved me a couple of times when programs would crash and I needed to rely on my backups to restore things to where they were. Rather than hunt through my computer backups for all those files, I have a concise location and repository for all my emails, bookmarks, and settings of my browsers and email clients. In the time it would take me to start the search process on a system-wide backup, Hekasoft B&R lets me find and restore all the profile information and data. The convenience of a one-stop shop can't be underestimated, especially in the middle of a crisis when you want 'everything' restored 'immediately'.
