BUYER BEWARE - they don't provide refunds if product unsuitable

Pros
The trial has features disabled. What you are allowed to test with the trial software works ok.
Cons
After purchasing the product, I tested the features that were disabled in the trial version only to find out that they were not suitable for my needs, particularly a poorly scripted password protector. I requested a refund and was told that they do not provide a refund. However their site says "100% guaranteed". Guaranteed for what?<p>It's a poor business that will not provide a refund if the product is unsuitable, particularly since they don't provide a full working trial.
