Where do I start

- When everything is working right, the projects are beautiful. It's not a complicated system.

- Everything doesn't always work right. I make calendars. Very detail oriented, with lots of photos and jokes and puzzles and typing. A year calendar usually has 50 pages. I save every page. But twice in my history with this site I have lost pages when HP Photo Creations automatically upgraded the program. The first time it happened I lost 12 pages of data. I complained and they apologized and urged me to keep using their program. Fool that I am, I did just that and guess what?!!! Yep, it happened again. This time I lost 18 pages of one calendar and all the pages of another. That's about 20 to 25 hours work for me. I have complained again, but not heard back from them.

- Look, if you are going to use this program, learn from my mistake. Have lots of ink and paper for your printer and print everything when you are finished with your project. Don't close the program or they might automatically upgrade you when you try to reenter. And you might find your project gone. I should have done that after the first time this program screwed me. I am now looking for another site to create my calendars, I can't trust HP Photo Creations.

- On 12/06/14, I ordered some customized Christmas gifts for my family. Two days later, on 12/08/14, I placed another order and received it on the 12/13/14. I still have NOT received my original order as of 12/17/14 and when I called RocketLife, the company that fulfills HP Photo Creation orders, I was told to call them back on 12/29/14 if I had not received my order. I just love giving Christmas presents in January.

- I tried this software a few years ago, I will say it was a little confusing. The software has improved 10 fold!!! Navigation is so easy to use. There's "how to" tips AND a ton of new designs. I get so many compliments on card that I've given.

- I don't really have any bad comments. Positive experience outweighed the experience that I had a few years ago.

- when you can get it to print, it does a fine job

- will only print half the time. I constantly get an error saying productphotocore.exe is not working, windows must close program. I have not had this problem with other programs. sometimes it will simply close the program for no reason while I am working on something so I have to save A lot so that I don't lose anything.

- You cannot truly customize a creation. The presets are way too strict and should be more user friendly in terms of letting the user do exactly what they want. Example: I tried to make place cards and the only setting that had the dimensions I needed did not allow text.

It would be better to make the software such a way so that the update files ( including new themes, graphics elements ) in a file which can be replaced in the appdata folder or in the program data folder, so users can easily use it in offline mode. 2. The offline mode support is essential is very needed, only then this awesome product can get 10 on 10.

- The customers who can not find the graphics element, themed backgrounds etc must have an issue with offline mode, actually i used 3 different versions of this amazing keepsake, v3.3, v3.4, and the most recent v3.5 The present version functions perfectly in offline mode, but you have to be online to use latest themes and graphics. I will suggest everyone to use it with some extra software. you should use a pdf printer like "dopdf" ( it is free ), it makes any printable thing in a pdf, and then I will suggest a pdf to image converter or pdf suite pack like "Nitro Pro Pdf" When the products will be in image format to you then you can easily print those perfectly with your printer.

- I have been searching for a decent modern Calender creator for ages, and this program is by far the best, and its FREE!! Have only used to design a Calender, but the contol it gives me of how I want it to look, is just amazing. I totally recommend this program.

- I ordered a 11"x14" collage poster of pictures of my deceased son for my daughters and for his father. I spent alot of time picking out just the right pictures. I picked a blue background, thinking it wouldn't matter much because the pictures would cover most of the background. I was VERY wrong The pictures are about 1"x1" and 1"x2"'s, I am so very dissapointed and upset !!! there's more background showing than pics. I only picked 18 pictures so the pictures would be large enough to see good from across the room, now you have to be right on top of the poster before you can see the pics.:(

- I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM HP PHOTO CREATIONS AGAIN. THEY MAYBE GOOD WHEN YOU ARE PRINTING THEM YOURSELF, BUT NOT FOR ORDERING. i WILL BE ORDERING FROM WALMART !!!!!!!!!!!!!
