GraphicConverter for Mac lets you create, edit, and convert all kinds of images, and it's compatible with hundreds of file formats. No matter what format your chosen file is coming from, or what you want to convert it to, you'll likely find the options you're looking for in this program.
Pros
Compatible formats: This app can accept files in 200 different formats, which gives you plenty of flexibility and ensures that you'll be able to work with whoever you have on hand. When it comes to conversion options, you can choose from one of 80 output formats as well, so no matter what you want to do with your converted files, you can be sure they'll be in the most convenient format.
Varied capabilities: In addition to conversions, this app will also let you create a new image file, or you can open and edit an existing one. Editing options include cropping, rotation, and the ability to adjust brightness, saturation, sharpness, and more. Batch conversions are also supported, and you can view previews of your files before completing the conversion process.
Cons
Too-basic interface: This program actually packs a lot of powerful features under the hood, but the interface can be deceptively basic at times, discouraging you from looking for the more advanced options. This can be a bonus for inexperienced users initially, but it will eventually lead to challenges or failure to take advantage of all the program has to offer.

While the interface's ease of use can be misleading, the power features are there if you know where to look.
