  I already wrote a review on dfx 12 It does not really improve. It does manipulate the sound and anyone who listens well still feels it's not quality

  Pros

  This really transforms the sound quality and volume on my hp laptop I enjoyed it

  Cons

  Big nag screen pops up every 5 minutes wanting you to buy If you have $50 you dont need get it definitely > but if you want a nice upgrade without the constant nagging this isnt for you (lol the nagscreen just popped up while typng this and listening to music !

  Summary

  Works great but annoying hag screen every 5 minutes really sucks Ill probably uninstall it

  Pros

  Small footprint, customization, great presets, boots sound without distortion or crackling, easy to switch to use other audio devices (ie from Speakers to Headphones)

  Cons

  None that I have found, other than I prefer the GUI from the previous version, but that isn't a con, more like a personal preference.

  Summary

  I had gotten the DFX Audio Enhancer plug-in for DIVX years ago, and liked how it improved sound and sound quality, I got it to use with other audio/video programs. You might think the Premium versions is a bit expensive, but it prevented me from buying un-needed new speaker system, thinking the ones I had weren't sufficient, saving me more than 4x time cost of the program.
