Sleek looking and works most of the time...but it fails too many times to count.

.Appears to have what you need; users can join the meetings and you can share applications (one at a time). However...
Cons
Appears great at first blush. However we have consistently had users drop off randomly and unexpectedly and when they returned have had no audio. It doesn't matter who initiates the meeting or how many we have on it; it happens regardless.Tech support has not been helpful or offered any explanation so far. We no longer trust the audio aspect of the tool and will rely on cell phones for that. Also the new interface is a disappointment. Windows are not sized appropriately and there is no way to resize them. User window takes far too much of the real estate to the point that the powerpoint window is not large enough. If you have the old interface I would definitely not upgrade to the new one. Noticeable delay in video. Would really like the ability to advance powerpoint slides with a remote so we are not constrained to staying in front of the computer for when we have a mixed room (some local, some remote). However with all these issues we may be looking to a different tool anyway.
Summary
Reliability is not there and tech support appears to be overwhelmed.
