You do not need to know anything about Flash to use FusionCharts. All you need to know is the language you're programming in.

Version 3.1 includes export of charts as PDFs, PNGs or JPEGs at both server-side and client-side, export of chart data as CSV using context menu or JavaScript API, new JavaScripts events and APIs, and support for descriptive tool-text on trendlines.
