Cons
It doesn't bode well that the website for the manufacturer has been taken down. I would like to try it, but I would like to know there is tech support available in case of problems. If they have been out of business for a while, the version on CNET would not be Win 10 compatible.

It's free.. that's about it. But it can't compare to the security levels of vpnexpress.net.

They don't provide enough security. We need OpenVPN.

Pros
True in general, but does not apply to all.
Cons
Info is very vague. For example VPNs encrypt at different levels and degreese.g. openvpn like ExpressVPN (https://expressvpn.biz) is SSL based, and access is only granted depending on what was blocked in the first place e.g. the IP the office uses is blocked so any other IP can access those sites.
Summary
It's not as simple as that, and there are so many kinds for so many different purposes.
