• A complete ecommerce website builder for online store

  Pros

  Shopping cart software with straight forward and easy to use interface. I recommend it if you are a pc user. It isn't just a software, it offers a complete ecommerce solution that always upload to servers own by the same developer, so if you want to maintain your online store running after the 30 day trial, you must sign up with the developer as they must provide the hosting for the website. The good thing is that their prices are affordable even for a small business.

  Cons

  There is no mac version.

  Pros

  On 2002 I started using fortune3 and their pc based shopping cart software with upload capabilities to their hosting. My ecommerce website has always been very active selling popular items online to final consumers. Although I was pleased with the easy software interface, I always wanted to do my job using an online interface for practical reasons; most necessary when switching computers. Last year the company finally came out with a new online platform called the store builder, but I didn't switch right away. Since the beginning the company was trying to make me switch, but I was reluctant.. The reason was lack of trust to their new software until its stability was fully proven. It was just two weeks ago when I decided to change to the online platform. I am happy that I did so: It is even more user friendly than before. It offers many additional features that the wizard didn't have. They keep improving the interface and adding functionality and responsive templates.

  Cons

  They say that the drop-ship feature is being implemented as we speak. I hope it will be ready soon. Anyways, this is the most amazing online shopping cart!

  After having tried many other e-commerce carts, I can say that this one is the best. For over a year I was using a "famous" "top-rated" shopping cart software with good reviews and recommendations, even today you can find them when searching on google and yahoo. Soon after signing up I started receiving comments from customers complaining about the terrible performance of my online store, I was seriously losing sales. Then I decided search for a different ecommerce solution. After such difficult experience and waste of time, I had no choice but to fully research and test several shopping cart solutions before switching to fortune3. I am now 6 months using it. It is easy, fast, and very reliable. It works like a charm. I have experienced no trouble using it. Fortune3 has saved me time and I'm now an online merchant running my business professionally.

  Pros

  Have used this ecommerce and shopping cart software for years to build and manage several store websites for my business. Now using it everywhere with fortune3's iphone application I have the ability to manage my client's online stores anywhere from my cell phone and tablet with the new web-based online store builder which is powerful and brings many new tools that work fast online. They all are awesome and I making good money in my ecommerce business.

  among all ecommerce shopping carts I've tried this is the easiest one. I am using it for over a month and just decided to go on with it. besides its simple interface it is powerful enough to do everything I need. I like the the product and category visual hierarchy definition through a graphic tree. I also like its shipping cost calculation and consolidation which display instantly to buyers with real values provided by directly by shipping carriers like fedex, ups, usps, dhl, etc. Another benefit is the quality of the seo algorithm which automatically builds web pages for the products already optimized for the search engines. I also like the fact that I am monitoring the quality of my website hosting through a reputable third party company which gets me all the reports through the time, and I can tell you that the website hosting system provided by the company is good; they really are on top of it, the up time is near 100%. technical support is also good, I do not have to worry.
