  Good thought, but it is still raw. As somebody mentioned, the fonts aren't displayed properly. Under Russian Windows, only some weird russian symbols are displayed under both CYR and LAT. It is also quite slow. There are some strange language mistakes. For example, for some reason, the letter "c" is made equivalent to the letter "j" (Azeri alphabet). But it is free and the only software of its kind available right now as far as I know. So it might be helpful.
