I use the 5.3 version of Macrium REFLECT for cloning my c drive only this is the only one that worked for me. EaseUS doesn't work, AOMEI doesn't work, Acronis , all versions, stopped working, and Minitool Drive Copy worked about 4 times and quit working . I clone my drive about once a week or so and Macrium Reflefct 5.3 has continued to work like 6 times in a row, flawlessly. I was skeptical about it's ability to clone while in Windows, but it works. Note i do not do "updates" when something works because my experience is that in this day and age an "update" doesn't mean better and if it isn't broke, don't fix it.

This is a virus. Don't download it!
Caviper69
Pros
It has been a good refresher in virus removal.
Cons
It download viruses and browser hijacks.
Summary
As soon as I downloaded it and ran it I had problems. I removed the software and am still dealing with pop-ups and requests to download a new video viewer. It said it was creating a boot disk and all it created was an executable on the cd. Stay aways from this.
Very easy to use, very clear instructions.
jrockwell9
Pros
Easier to use than the ones that come with new hard drives.
Cons
Can not think of any.
Summary
Convoluted install, but eventually did the clone great.

Pros
It's free.
It clones your disk
Cons
Install process is convoluted and involves multiple downloads.
Summary
Firstly, BE CAREFUL OF THE CNET DOWNLOADER. It wants to install 2 products that are nothing to do with this before it even lets you download the installer. It's very 'offical' looking - BUT DECLINE THEM.
Once you download and run the installer. Running that eventually gets you to the picture at the bottom of the review - where it wants to create a boot disk. Since I wanted to clone, I had to click the bottom link, which THEN took me to Chengdu's website, where I could download and install the software.
Initially the software wasn't recognizing my new drive. So I had go to Windows Disk Manager to initialize the new disk. After that, the software worked great (although slower than I expected).
I'm very disappointed in CNET in adding this superfluous spam-ware.
VIRUS ALERT!!!!!!

Pros
Clean user interface
Cons
After re-install of windows will not activate
The email support address doesn't work.
I mount a system backup from a different machine. It mounts ok, but cannot be accessed.
I get "F:\ is not accessible - media is write protected"
I had tested the mount on the first machine with no problem.
With incremental backup the result was success, but mounting the image, succeeds but cannot be accessed. So every day you need to try the mount, and delete the incremental backup, the run the backup again.
I haven't had any luck restoring Windows 8 from a backup.
Summary
Don't pay for this. Use the free version, and test recovery on a test machine.

Updated on Mar 28, 2013
I posted this review for the wrong product, I was talking about Easeus ToDo Backup Home.
