I downloaded the files and I can't get it to run !

This used to work fine in Windows !

Information.txt says there is no installation setup or it is not necessary to deregister component files to uninstall , I just can't get it to work ! I am using DSL so I don't know if the files only link to Modem .inf files ???
Summary
I would like to use this old program I remember it used to work very well under Win 98 2nd E. It seems It cant work in NT ???

I don't think anyone would pay for a software that has no install - uninstall package...<p>(2) How to Install and Uninstall<p> Install<p> There is not a setup program.<p> Please copy files to a folder.<p> Uninstall<p> This software does not use registry.<p> Uninstallation is completed by deleting files.
