• Thought all was lost - TG for DDR Recovery Pen Drive!!

  Pros

  Easy to download and use - just remember newbies like me... you must pay to actually use the program (trial just shows you what is on the flashdrive - things you may have lost.) In order to download, first pay, then re-run the program, and right click to save the lost documents on your computer.

  Cons

  none - it works great.

  Summary

  Get this program if you have lost (or think you have lost) something on your flashdrive. We thought we'd lost all of our condominium board meeting minutes. Not so!!! There they were, and we were able to recover them and move forward. Thanks so much for having such a great program available.

• Can't test FREE version's ability to recover lost data!

  Pros

  The free version seems to find the data in each sector or block or whatever, even if the USB flash drive does not work for normal Windows Explorer.

  Cons

  You can't see how well the data is recovered in files that were inaccessible by Windows. There is no ability to save the data or look at it, only the file names the software says it found. :-(

  Summary

  I'm not buying it. My data is not worth $45 if I can't see that it is worth $45.
