Too easy, if you can't beat this go back to solitare.
anythingbutred- Pros
- Free, and that's about it.
- Cons
- Played for 3 days and won every game, most by skunk or D-skunk. I'm good but not that good. More than once it got the scoring wrong (4 card flush, Sheesh). No cut for starts. Unless you are a beginner, don't even bother with this one.
- Summary
- Zero entertainment value for anyone but the most rank of novice. Laughingly easy to beat. It leads 5's for goodness sake. Won every game I played against it. Felt like I got ripped off even though it was free.
implementation is fair, but lacks smoothness of play and scoring
toozie- Pros
- It *is* free. The card presentation is fairly good. My dad likes Ultimate Cribbage, but that is currently unavailable for download (unfortunately (!) since I was thinking I had the necessary files to restore the game on his newly reformatted hard drive)...
- Cons
- The scoring and play are abrupt and jerky, in the sense that there's no flow to the game. E.g., the score from the previous hand resides close to where the current hand's score will appear, and remains there after play has begun with the new hand. A bit confusing. Also, there could be a "Continue" button available. Check it out -- it's not a huge download.
