This Health Monitor Chemo Calendar can quickly capture and organize all your information in one place. Reports, in graphical or detailed format, can be emailed to your doctors and/or caregivers. The Health Monitor Chemo Calendar features four critical tools: Blood Cell Count Recorder: Tracks your white blood cell count, red blood cell count and platelet count Symptom Tracker: Captures key symptoms chemotherapy patients should report to their physicians Medication Reminder: Lets you input your medications and their dosing frequency; displays your medication schedule in a weekly view; tracks medication to be taken, already taken and that which you did not to take Event Calendar: Orangizes your life during chemotherapy; keeps track of your day-to-day activities and related notes In addition to tracking your progress, the application can email your information to your doctors/caregivers in graphical and detailed-report format.
