CeSync Activex is an ActiveX control that allows you to programmatically control a CE device from the desktop computer. CeSync does not allow you to create applications that run on a CE device, but rather to create desktop applications that interact and exchange data with a CE device. CeSync provides the ability for file manipulation, database control, and event capturing of the remote device entirely from the desktop computer.
