  A good tool to type in Devanagari - both online and offline

  It has some problems in typing ? related combined characters especially if it is the first letter of a sentence. Except this de-merit everything else is fine.

  It has some problems in typing ? related combined characters especially if it is the first letter of a sentence. Except this de-merit everything else is fine. (Work around is to type some letter, then the combined Sa and then delete the first typed letter). Since I wanted a good tool to type in unicode using Inscript keyboard, especially while using google docs, I found this tool very useful.

  Best offline Hindi Typing software I have seen so far

  none. But it should have utility to type non-unicode fonts

  I do not know what is this Publicsoft India company. By Public soft it looks like some open source group, but I could not get any reference of what it is.<p>But it is for sure they are making fool of janta(Public).<p>First, do you really need any software to type Hindi?<p>No<p>kaulonline [dot] com/uninagari/<p>This place which gives you the complete thing, which this software claims to give.<p>There is no need to download anything, if you wish to use it offline just save this page on your computer as html file from your browser.   You can write Hindi in almost all the application including wordpad, emails etc.

  No manual with it. It must have a manual.
