Pros
None, really.
Cons
It wasted 10 CDs - it starts burning the disc, and certain point of time the disc is ejected with an error message. The CD is no longer usable after that exercise.

Pros
Seems mostly to do what it claims.
Cons
Read from and wrote to optical drives much more slowly than the hardware was capable of doing.
Did not make an exact copy of an audio CD; changed the date/time stamp.
Summary
I installed this software on a 10-year old Dell mini-tower with a Pentium 4 processor. The computer had been updated from Windows XP to Windows 7 with a recent, clean reinstall. The RAM was maxed-out at 4 GB and the latest BIOS installed.
Using either a DVD drive or a 48x CD drive, and 52x Verbatim CD-R's, a straight copy of a commercial audio CD took about ten minutes. That was approximately 10x performance.
I initially assumed this was a system problem. I spent hours on the net searching for a solution, verifying DMA settings, checking for updated drivers, and even tried disabling the anti-virus and firewall software. Nothing helped.
I then installed Ashampoo Burning Studio FREE, and the problem disappeared. The same disk copy operation took about four minutes.
Another problem with this software is that the date/time stamp on the copied audio tracks was the current date and time. As a result, Windows Media Player did not recognize the album. The Ashampoo software made an exact copy of the original CD.

Very slow on New hardware too (Win7 Pro x86), and often fails to complete audio copy- Program hangs open can't be closed by Task Manager, forcing a manual shutdown!
The auto-cache audio setting also fills the C: drive (released 4gig+ of old data when I disabled this in Settings...).
I'll be trying Ashampoo?
Pros
Easy to use, GUI is very straightforward, performs the functions quickly with status display to let you know where it is at in the processes. For my purposes, (see below), it worked perfectly.
Cons
None that I have found thus far.
Summary
I needed this for a Linux ISO Live CD, (Linux Newbie). As I see it with all of the other features packed into this I can see many other uses for this.
