  Our business has picky customers that each wants their bills done a certain way. BillQuick has enough flexibility to accommodate them.

  Pros

  My office loves how it helps us manage staff and projects and lets us know how we're doing. We all input our time quickly from our phones and it gets submitted to the appropriate managers immediately, and it really feels like our processes run smoother with it.

  Cons

  It could be a little more attractive.

  Summary

  Since my office started using it, a lot less billable time slips through the cracks. We can send higher bills with confidence now because we're absolutely sure they're correct. Our documents are organized. We know exactly how our projects and staff are performing, and have really improved our management and decision-making as a result. Would highly recommend to any small or medium business!

• Looks great, but Lite version very limited

  Pros

  The paid version looks fantastic, allowing different hourly rates for a client on different projects and Outlook integration for time and expenses (extra cost)

  Cons

  As pros - but not in the free version and the paid of version is too expensive for me as a new sole trader(it is a two user license and there is only one of me. Also, ran very slow on my system.

  I would buy it if I could afford it

  I was surprised this product worked so well with Quickbooks,

  A little bit of a learning curve with some of the modules.

  Summary

  I'd imagine a lot of small business offices would be served well having this program handle the project billing and another program like Peachtree or QuickBooks to take care of everything else.
