• I don't need to stay up all night to bid anymore!

  Pros

  I've always known bidding in the last seconds allowed for better deals on eBay so I had been doing it manually for years, not realizing auction sniper programs existed! This does the job I used to do manually for me and you can set how many seconds before the auction end you want it to bid.

  This software really pays for itself over and over again and prevents you from having to stay at the computer when auctions end to snipe them manually.

  Doesn't bid when your computer is off, though this is an option available at additional cost.

  Pros

  Easy to use interface with your items list on top and tabbed browser below makes it super easy to use. The ability to have it work along with their online bidding service for when you want bids to be placed while your computer is off is awesome.

  Cons

  The optional online bidding feature to have bids placed while your computer is off has additional fees.

  Summary

  One of the best auction sniper programs I've used and the only one I know of that lets you choose bidding using your own computer, their server, or both for redundancy.

  None. The program can't be made to operate.

  Cons

  Avoid the "Basic" program. Program won't let the user post an eBay item number for sniping. Just locks-up. Seller (author) won't answer emails. Claims to have a 60 day money-back guarantee, but don't count on it.

  Summary

  Avoid. There are others that work and do have help readily available if a problem comes up.

• Non-existent customer service! DO NOT BUY!!!!

  Works 90% of the time when it works. Usually it says you are not registered and in demo mode.

  Cons

  Every time they do an update you get a non working version and there is NO customer support, no phone, no reply to hundreds of e-mails!!!

  Summary

  Set a $20 bill on fire before falling for this scam!

  Pros

  Whenever I buy something I always compare all options to be sure I make the best possible choice. After comparing the most popular ones, Auction Auto Bidder was by far the best. It has a superior layout, much more features, and a great web based support system. The software is also regularly updated and suggestions sent to them are often added in following updates.

  Its support is very poor. They don't follow up or reply to the support calls. It can be very frustrating when you need the program works. There is no phone contacts, and they don't reply your e-mail.
