Didn't stop malicious files

Monitoring @ around $4 a month
Cons
Did not prevent hackers from uploading malicious files. Did not stop hackers from sending out tens of thousands of spam emails (per day). Useless customer service. They only replied when I sent a high priority email saying I was cancelling their pro service. There is no way of contacting these people. Their online support form was a waste of time, they don't publish a contact phone number, and do not have a support chat service.
Summary
I would not recommend this service to anyone. Try anything else first, just not sucuri. Their scanning hardly stopped anything and I ended up removing rogue files myself.
