Ideal for our medical practice

Pros
Provided much needed security and HIPAA compliance for our small medical practice. Handles our larger fax volume very well and all of our faxes are now accessible.
Cons
Very LIMITED modem selection on Macintosh. When we ordered, they did not publish their newest print driver on their site, so we had to call them for it.
Summary
Most of our staff had a working knowledge within an hour, but the Server setup was not for newbies. Support was very helpful and responsive. We like the custom cover pages and the save to PDF option. It works well with our medical software.

Summary
We are small office in Hamburg, Germany with a lot of incoming faxes everyday. We were recommended to go with 4-Sight Fax by our IT specialist and were amazed by how simple this piece of software is. We've tried fax services before but were overwhelmed with monthly bills, this software is good at least because it is only one payment.

Pros
Overall great product. Very easy to use. Love the feature fax to email.
Cons
The minimum license is for 1 fax line and 5 users. My office has only 2 employees, but I couldn't get smaller license.
Summary
It's great software for business that have more then 5 people.

Pros
No monthly fees at all. The software belongs to us. Saves a lot of time. It's very easy to use.

We haven't found any so far
Summary
We used to be a small dental practice with just one doctor, hygienist, office manager and one assistant. But in recent year due to an increased patient's flow we have expanded adding another doctor and one more assistant, so the old fashion fax machine didn't work for us anymore. Our IT technician recommended us 4-Sight FAX and since then it helped us a lot saving on time, money, paper and ink. It is definitely a very good solution for the business if you fax a lot.

Pros
We now have access to our entire fax history from any computer and I can even read office faxes on my mobile phone.
Cons
Even though the Client part of software can be installed on a Windows machine, the 4-Sight FAX server is only available on a Mac.
Summary
Our office has being using 4-Sight FAX for little over a year. We switched from being an all Windows office and have a 2 fax line & 10 User Mac/Windows license. It's been a reliable and stable solution for our higher volume of faxes.
4-Sight Fax has delivered great results to us for 7 yrs

Pros
It's reliable, simple and we can access it from home or through the Internet. We send and receive over 150 faxes a day and also depend on being able to connect it to our medical software program. Because it forwards or faxes as emails and also saves all of our faxes as PDF files, we have never lost a fax.
Cons
The smallest license they offer is a 5 user license, so it is geared for small business and above. There are a limited number of modems on Macintosh, and, while it's not the fault of 4-Sight FAX, it would be nicer if more modems were available.
Summary
This is has been an ideal program for a medical office and should do well in any business. It's quick to learn, easy to use and we can access our faxes from the office, home or via email. We also use the Windows clients and Web Clients. Overall, a very nice product with excellent customer service and technical support.
A waste of time

Cons
It's not free to try, it's a demo version only. It took me 45 minutes and an upgrade before that became self evident. Who's going to pay $495 if they can't try it first.
