Conversion to high-bit MP3 files

- Worthless. All it does is rename files. You can do that from Windows Explorer yourself without the risk of accidentally installing adware. Do not bother. It does not make the files editable.

- This utility says it converts the file. It renames the file to have a MP3 extension. Windows seems to include a Directshow Codec to play the file. But if you use a tool like MediaInfo which looks at the container rather than the file extension, you'll see it is still a 3gpp file after "conversion." Move it then to any device which doesn't have a 3gpp built in codec and it will not play.
