The application makes it easy to register and use the 3g service of Viettel in Vietnam. [HOW TO USE] :_ First, tap the button "Help" to phone number lookup respective 3G services you need to activate. For example: Mobile Internet is 191. _ Next, tap the button "Settings" .Select country is Viet Nam - and enter the number 191 in the "Enter Phone Number" .Tap "Save" and "OK". _And Select the button "Mobile Internet" - will send the application to register and activate Mobile Internet services. _To activate other services, you do the same as above.
