Strive for your ideal weight.3 Seconds Diet is a simple app that helps you control your weight. Just enter your weight daily and snap your photo monthly.In this app, we intentionally removed commonly used metrics like BMI, height, and target weight. Even if the metrics are the same, everyones body is different. Instead of comparing your body to others, we wanted you to focus solely on yourself to try to achieve the body you want. By keeping track of your monthly photos, you can track your appearance too.Q. What is the number above the graph?A. You can select the periodicity of the view with which your record shows. You can choose between 7, 30, 90, 180 and 360 days.Q. I cant figure out how to save the photo.A. If you tap on the camera button on the app home screen, you can choose between camera or library. You can choose to take a picture with a camera or select an existing photo from the library. Please note that photo you take within the app will not store on your camera roll.Q. I cant figure out how to see the photo.A. If you click on the book icon underneath the graph screen, you will move the album screen.Q. Can I use the app without access to the internet?A. Yes, you can.Q. How long can I use the app?A. You can use the app as long as you don't change your device.Q. Are the photo and data recorded in app private?A. Yes.
