Used 1Weather for Android?
Editors’ Review
1Weather is a fast and fully loaded weather application that offers more than the standard widget with its videos and reports, breaking up the monotony of your daily routine. The weather maps and forecasts are accurate and detailed, but the occasional connection errors can become bothersome.
Pros
Packed with information: Every detail, from wind speed to barometric pressure, is accurately featured in 1Weather. During our tests, we noticed that you can also do more than basic weather monitoring with this application, such as viewing educational videos and learning about solar phases.
Quick loading: We opened videos, charts, and reports without any hesitation from 1Weather. Switching between cities is seamless, with information loading within seconds. You will enjoy how smoothly the time-lapse radar maps and other interactive features operate in this application.
Engaging design: This application displays beautiful animations on every page and offers you many different design options for your home screen. We believe you will enjoy the variety of customizable widgets available as well due to their detailed and attractive design.
Cons
Occasional connection issues: We sometimes received an error message when connecting, both over data or Wi-Fi, but this rare occurrence was resolved by restarting the app.
Bottom Line
1Weather offers a host of fun and informative tools, and its speed and accuracy make up for the infrequent connection issues. We suggest that 1Weather include more engaging social features in future versions, like the photo sharing offered by Weather Bug. Overall, this application exceeds expectations.
