Simple to use. The site and tools are well placed to make large tasks easy. Rules can be built (if,and/or,then)to design very powerful forms that can be submitted and analyzed in a variety of ways. Reporting outputs are great too... .CSV format tables for large data sets, pretty pie and bar graphs, etc... all customizable and simple to figure out. Way to go 123 Contact Form!
