This download appears to be part of a scam. ONce installed you cannot uninstall it and it will randomly turn on the webcam. I put tape over my camera. Not sure if it contains other virus type stuff. When you search for help in uninstalling it you get sent a a bunch of identical blog posts that tell you to use a free version of a professional uninstaller. But when actually used it demands you pay to uninstall the software.
UBER SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. -

Loaded just fine, even got the camera to appear in the preview window, but wouldn't upload the image anywhere, and was too complicated to try to figure out. Ate up all my CPU speed just to not really work.
Summary
The idea of a program that's here from 2008 and supported multiple webcams sounded promising, but sadly is just another dissapointment. Just another webcam program on cnet that doesn't work.
