From Nikola Dachev :nFLVPlayer plays Flash Video format .flv extension. nFLVPlayer can also be used to play videos from most large online sources (like GoogleVideo) providing you get the proper URL's. This player offers common video player functionality controls. As an addition there is an OSD display, smoothing function. There is also full screen playback capability with option to decrease resolution and picture colors adjustment through brightness, contrast, saturation and hue filters.
Version 1.2.2 added zooming control for both window and fullscreen.

Pros: Excellent for playing FLV files locally.
Cons: Does not play streaming video at all (I prefer to download FLVs anyway).
Summary: I especially like the brightness control, witch the other FLV-only players I've used don't have. However, I do find; the following "features" just plain useless:
