"Would not load/work on my computer"
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
none that I can see right now.
Cons
when I downloaded onto my computer, it did nothing. in fact, once it "downloaded" and I wanted it off, I looked in my control panel and then revo uninstaller, it was not there.
Summary
I have no idea of downloading failed or what; if anyone has any pointers or could tell me what I did wrong, please do so.

"Easy, but no flexibility"
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
Very simple interface and easy to use.
Cons
Back up is stuck on 211 of 355 and there is no option to skip file to continue. Will probably have to find another software option.

"Unexpectedly Good for the "price""
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
It's a simple product that does what you ask. If you have an iPod reg'd to a different computer which you no longer have access to, it does a good job at backing up on the new computer, however, it does loose some song info in some cases.
Cons
It looses some song info, in some cases, backing the respective songs as XDJD format. When you load them back on the iPod now registered to your new computer, the songs actually show like XDJD not with the info they previously have, song title, arts
Summary
Except for this flaw, hopefully corrected in an upcoming upgrade, it's very simple to use. It also only works with PCs not Mac.

"Doesn't seem to work with iPod Touch"
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
Software installed fine (on the 2nd attempt)
Cons
The iPod Touch is not recognized as a drive by the computer, so I don't think this software works to backup the data on my iPod.
Summary
Wish I could have tried it!

"Does what it says but you cannot choose what you want"
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
Installation was simple and it did backup my i pod.
Cons
It backed up EVERYTHING on my i pod. I only wanted to back up a few things. After it backs up your entire i pod, you have to go through everything individually to find out what it is cause the program changes the title of each track and video
Summary
Did not like the fact that you cannot choose what you want to back up on the i pod, and I did not like that each track removed from the i pod has its title changed which makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. Wont download this program again.

"requires out of date .NET framework"
Version: iPodBackup 1
Pros
None. Could not get it to load because of obsolete .NET framework requirement.
Cons
Could not get it to load because of obsolete .NET framework requirement.
Summary
Waste of bandwidth. DO NOT DOWNLOAD unless you have the exact .NET version that it requires. If you don't know what .NET is, don't bother trying this software.
-

Cons
