Publisher's description
From WPI :iAlarm is an evolution in alarm clocks. iAlarm allows users to control how they wake up in the morning by leveraging the power of OS X. iAlarm provides 5 basic alert types for users; play iTunes, speak the local weather, speak the headline news, speak a custom message and of course a standard beep. Advanced users can create their own custom AppleScript to be executed by iAlarm or select text files to be spoken.

Version: iAlarm 1.0
Cons: Its supposed to be free and all of a sudden registration is needed, what a rip off. You can only set 1 alarm at a time, changes all the .dmg files icon in my Mac when launching the alarm, major nono.

Version: iAlarm 1.0
Pros: Well, the graphics are nice and it LOOKS like it belongs on OSX. Too bad it doesn't WORK like it belongs!
Cons: As others have mentioned, the voice is incomprehensible. There's no excuse for that, when so many great text-to-speech programs are available.
The website used to read the headlines doesn't work most of the time so if you select that option you'll hear "Sorry, that headline is not available..." -- not what you want to wake up to!
If you choose the "Beep" function the whole program goes into an error loop and you have to Force Quit.
If you want to wake up to the weather, you'd better live in the US. Only American zip codes are accepted in the preferences.

Version: iAlarm 1.0
Summary: Tried four times to download. Each time, the disk image wouldn't mount and Disc Copy said: "'iAlarm.dmg' failed to mount due to error 95 (no mountable file systems)" I'll stick with mp3 Alarm Clock for OSX, thank you.

"Great idea, but wait for another release"
Summary: Clearly the other reviews were written by the program author - the news and weather are 'read' by an automated voice that is literally impossible to understand. All great ideas, but it's unstable, unusable and not worth the download.
