• Easy to use tools for statistics and analytics

  Pros

  This is a good desktop tool, quite easy and convenient to use for business persons.This is also a script tool, especially for structured data computing and analysis, could easily solve complex problems without modeling. Some of the useful features include user friendly interface like Excel, range of functions that have strong SQL capability, but easier to use. It can also be datasource and helpful for reporting tools as a database. It utilizes step by step computing mode to make the computing process more visual and direct, thus each step's results could be reused,reduces the repeating work. It's foreign key reference is also quite efficient for interactive analysis.

  Cons

  It's just quite helpful for complex computing with SQL, Excel and reporting tool,especially suitable for business person instead of analytic scientists.

  Summary

  This is a very good product. If you are a business person, you can do complex analytics with it without SQL or Java expertise independently. As it doesn't need complicated pre-modeling, and can handle assumptions instantly, thus reduce the labor,time and communication costs. It also have free version, which is also powerful enough for general computing work.
