apophysis-j is a port in java of apophysis. the famous fractal flame editor for Windows. It should run on any machine equipped with a recent java environment (jre 1.4 or higher). You can graphically edit the flames, generate random mutations, choose the palette of colors, automate the processing via javascript, and more.

What's new in this version:

  • Fixes a bug where selecting mutant prevents subsequent rendering.
  • In variation panel, replace labels by buttons, allowing to toggle values.
