Easy to install.
Cons
Well... I downloaded and installed the program. It seemed pretty self-explanatory and easy to use. I was WRONG. I couldn't get it to work at all. It kept giving me an error message about server problem after I clicked the Download button. And the no matter what I do, the Download button would not work again until I closed and re-opened the program. Tried a few times, still couldn't get it to work.

It works exactly as it says, offers many file formats to choose from for conversion, and... it's FREE!!!!
Cons
It takes kind of long to download and convert the video, but not that long, i'm just really impatient!!!!! Overall though, this software's really good!!!!

Cons
Seemed to download video fine, but when I tried to open it, I got a Microsoft Error message every time and it shut the action down.
