Version: Yoga Classes for your MP3/MP4 Player 2.1
"This is a perfect warm-up. Clear voice, good sounds."
Pros: I like the sound of Lisa's voice and the positions have a good flow. It's nice that it's free and they only want donations if you like the product. I will go to their main page and check out more of the sessions.
Cons: If you are new to Yoga you might have trouble with the movements because there is no video of the moves only snapshots. The music is very one note ish so if you are looking for really good meditation music you will have to look further.
Summary: This worked good on quick time and I plan on loading it onto my ipod but haven't done so yet. If that works well I will be very happy.
