Pros
After trying 4 or 5 other converters, the trial for this converter was the best. The user interface was easy to navigate. And the trial gave 5 minutes of converted video, as promised. The quality of the video was great.
Cons
After unlocking the product, I tried to convert a few more videos. It went well at first. Then, it gave me only audio.
Summary
I have tried numerous times to contact support, with no response. I can't really uninstall and re-install, since the key has an 8-day-limit. It's a toss-up. If you don't need support...
