Have been in pain for too long using various software. One is enough, I even can make my own ringtones with it!

Transferred music files reasonably well.
Cons
Like iPhone Transfer, this software (at least currently) doesn't support transferring playlists (as opposed to just the music files within your playlists)! So you literally have to recreate all your playlists after you transfer your music. Not up to par; there are better alternatives out there. It's not yet clear to me that album artwork, etc., will transfer either.

Still not worth the money.
