  Pros

  it has a feature called "stay on top" allows you to measure a flash video; another words it stays on the screen even if you click something else. very helpful feature!

  Cons

  can't make the numbers of the ruler bigger.

  Pros

  An excellent tool to measure objects on your screen. You are able to configure the ruler so it corresponds to an actual measuring device. It is accessible from your system tray.

  None. It does it all. A great program.

  Summary

  This program has many uses. It is great for photos of small collectibles. Download the photos and resize them to see what the actual objects will look like when they are the correct size.
