"Nice And Easy Shows You Alot"
Pros: its tells you everything thats happening on your network and does it well.
simple user friendly interfaces!
Cons: I really cant think of any thing wrong with it.

"I hear this is standard to have"
Pros: I haven't used extensively but is the follow-on software to "ethereal" (sp?), to track your ip packets.
