With the click of a mouse, this program turns a broadband-connected computer into a television, streaming hundreds of channels from around the world to the desktop. It lacks most of the big U.S. networks and pay TV channels such as HBO and Showtime, but offers a wide variety of local news, sports, and education programming. International viewers have programming options ranging from Germany to Hong Kong. The interface offers three screens: one large and two small. Double-clicking any of these brings it to full-screen. In the age of YouTube, there may be more variety elsewhere on the Net, but this application offers a fast way to bring a large range of television programming to the desktop without a TV card.Publisher's description

Version: WindowsXTV aka XTV 1
Pros: Lots of channels that I find useful and entertaining. Also, being able to launch the video in media player so I am not limited to using only their application is great. Not to mention the 3 channels. Very nice work on this.
Cons: Would be nice if there were a guide. You have to have broadband.

Pros: I like how it is organized. Very easy to understand. There are 93 channels like it says..
Cons: But the only thing is there aren't really any major popular channels, like CNN, ABC, NBC, Sci-Fi, etc. A lot of local news channels from other parts of the U.S. But other than that I think it is a very good program! I would recommend it.
