Version: WinCleaner OneClick CleanUp 11.0
Pros: It cleaned up all the temp files and IE temp files and it was doing. It gives you the list before deleting and you can exclude some if you dont want to be cleaned up.
Cons: There could improvements on this product - for ex. applications clean up is not that good. It should recommend the applications for uninstall based on size and usage. I was little scarred about registry clean up and didn't use that part of it.
Summary: Generally good!!
