Pros

Great set of stationery, works easily once you have figured it out, has all the other tools such as a calendar etc. There are a lot of add ons that make this quite a fun programme to use

Cons

Some things are quite tricky to learn to use, . Its perhaps not as instinctive as some of the other email programmes. Quite difficult to migrate to another email programme and bring over your old emails.

Summary

A very nice email programme, lots of fun and a great set of stationery too. Its not as instinctive as Outlook or Incredimail, but if you ask a question, the support crew are good at getting back to you relatively quickly and explaining what to do. Like most email programmes, its one that is very hard to migrate to another email programme if you decide you want to change. This is very annoying as there are many reasons one may wish to change client and very few of them offer a relatively seamless way to export mail, settings addresses etc. I know this is a way to encourage you to stick with the same programme, but I am one of these people that likes to change quite often, and now this is the reason I will stick to Outlook, because I am sick of the migration hassle every time I feel like a change.
