Publisher's Description
From Hudson Software:
Whos-In Pro is an easy to use Windows in-out board program for businesses that need to keep track of who's in and who's out of the office. With WHOS-IN there is no more time wasted checking a wall-mounted Office Board to see if someone is In, Out, or at Lunch. All the information you need is presented on screen in an easy to read format.
Version 2009-06B adds numerous minor updates plus now allows HIGH access users the ability to check for updates (without waiting for the Admin user to remember to do it).

"Great Tool"
Version: Whos-In Pro In Out Board 2009 2009-06B
Pros
It is cost effective, easy to use, minimal IT support needed, and does exactly what we want it to do.
Cons
Not really a con, more of an enhancement to the product, maybe a shortcut button that could be added to the quick launch that would let a user change their status without having to go to the application.

"does exactly as it claims, easy and great support"
Version: Whos-In Pro In Out Board 2009 2009-06B
Pros
great for all sized organisations. can be used for shared resources (cars, meeting rooms) as well as staff. auto status updates linked to user logon/logoff. exceptional tech support (in Australia at least). unobtrusive, not hungry.
Cons
the interface could look a little slicker.. needs a bit of a corporate look overhaul, skins, or optional layouts.
Summary
it doesn't affect other programs or the computer, it can be run from a logon script and it's very handy in multi-staff environments.
