Publisher's Description
From Mark Otway:
An offline browser for downloading entire websites to your local hard disk to be viewed in any browser. Includes fast resume, and powerful filtering options. A web crawler, or spider, which can work its way through a website, downloading pages, pictures and objects that it finds so that they can be viewed locally, without needing to be connected to the internet. The sites can be saved locally as a fully- browsable website which can be viewed with any browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc), or they can be saved into the Internet Explorer cache and viewed using IE's offline mode as if the you'd surfed the sites 'by hand'. Ad-supported freeware. Registered version is ad-free.
What's new in this version:
- Smart ordering when downloading - images, etc., are given priority, which should result in more completed pages downloading when a site download is stopped before completion. Also options to replace .ASP/.PHP/.ASPX file extensions with .HTML which works better for local browsing, as well as automatically renaming files with .HTML file extensions if no extension existed previously. New option to include download date as part of local folder name. Also added support for downloading images ... See all new features

Some users may experience a message telling them that MSVCR70.DLL is missing on their system. This is a Microsoft file which is installed on most Windows PCs. If you don't have it, you can download it by clicking here and once downloaded, copy the file to your Windows\System32 folder.

"Up to version 9, excellent !"
Version: WebReaper 10.0
Pros
Very easy to use and it does a fine job.
Cons
Minor itens, almost none.
Summary
Version 10 doesn't work. It says there's something missing in the system (I installed in two different machines with the same result - so I went back to v. 9 - it works fine).
