As its name suggests, this application retrieves quantities of images from Web pages, but its limited focus is a potential turnoff. Web Picture Downloader's interface lacks creativity, but fortunately is simple to operate. Users must specify URLs and a destination directory for downloaded images. In our tests, running Web Picture Downloader was quite comfortable and straightforward, especially since it doesn't install on your PC. However, its download speed seems mediocre at best. Compared to similar apps, it doesn't offer standard features such as an image viewer, search, or filter capabilities. In the end, this freeware program is easy for all levels of users, especially novices, but is too narrow for power users.

This is a straightforward pic downloader bur rather basic.
Cons
It cannot download pictures from anywhere else on the web-site other than the URL you provide. It does not have the intelligence to span the web-site map and download pictures from other sub-pages.
