Publisher's description of Web Feeds
Web Feeds is a social bookmark site with a difference. Users moderate and decide which items make it to the home page, only rules being no links to adult related or illegal activity sites. Organizing what we read according to who wrote it is not the best way to gather information, at Web Feeds you can read items based on Topic Relevence.
Its actually an extremely complicated unbreakable algorithm based around the Davinci Code that decides which items get to the home page that would take you years to decipher, if anyone does break the code please let us know and we will quickly change it.
