Definitely the wrong choice

Pros
Hard to think of any. Cheaper than others and decent training videos
Cons
Very clunky and hard to navigate. We have found multiple issues and the response from support from support is "it can't be fixed". I have even offered the solution and they refuse to even test it. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. No one will even respond to emails asking for help other than a rude support person that tells me they will no longer respond to the ticket. I am not sure where support is located but the english / grammar is very poor.
Summary
We are beyond disappointed with WCC. Wish we had the ability to switch. :(<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Oct 25, 2014<p/>After posting my review I received an email from WCC- "Please note that if we find reviews from you or your church defaming or company with untruths we will follow through with the necessary action against you and your church". Please understand that this is my experience with this company. You may find them peachy. I tried to find contact information on their website, but it appears they only offer a phone number. I wish I new where they were located, or at least talk to someone that is willing to listen. I guess we are not allowed to post negative reviews without the threat of a lawsuit. :(
