Web+Center suite includes a complete Asset Management Component, Case Scheduler/Group Calendar, customer surveys, Frequently Asked Questions, automatic HTML email and cell email notification options, auto-escalation, time spent invoicing, and reporting functions language Internationalization options. Web+Center runs on Windows NT/2000/2003/XP Pro using MS IIS. Free version is limited to 2 tech licenses.
Version 6.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
