Standalone, Watcher does motion detection, e-mail/phone alert, video/audio logging, broadcasting and more. Used together with RemoteView (free from publisher's Web site), you can do real time remote surveillance.

Pros: I have tried other software but nothing can match watcher's ease of use and performance it does exactly what its supposed to do
